In August 26^th, we got a phone call from end user Huo yan Laboratory which belongs to BGI company and now do Virus examination in Saudi Arabic area. The lab person was not very clear how to install and use the fire alarm control panel LX-801-4 and detectors/fire alarms such as LX-229, LX-905 etc. Our sales and engineers guided the client via video and instant messenger.

Finally the client installed and tested the fire alarm system successfully.
