This heat detector is designed to detect ambient temperature. When ambient temperature reaches preset value or the temperature flare to rise,the buzzer will sound. The detector is suitable for industrial and civil building where there is explosive and combustible gas.

*Model LX-227AC/DC can be connected with mains power(110-220V AC). The heat detector has a built-in 9V battery as backup power.

It can work normally in the event of a power outage.

Practice fire safety:

Expose everyone to the sound of the fire alarm in daily life and explain what the sound means and how to operate the fire alarm button if a fire occurs.Discuss in advance two exits from each room and an escape route to the outside from each exit.Teach them to crawl along the floor to stay below dangerous smoke,fumes and gases.Determine a safe meeting place in advance for all members outside the building.

What to do in case of fire:

1. Do not be panic,stay calm.

2. Leave the building as quickly as possible.Touch doors to feel if they are hot before opening them.Use and alternate exit if necessary.Crawl along the floor to stay below dangerous smoke, and don’t stop to collect anything.

3. Meet a pre-arranged meeting place outside the building.

4. Call the fire department form outside the building.

5. Do not go back inside a burning building.Wait for the arrival of the fire department.

Caution:Always turn off power at main fuse box or circuit breaker before taking troubleshooting action.Do not disconnect battery or AC power to quiet an unwanted alarm.This will remove your protection.Fan the air or open a window to remove smoker or dust.
