Lixine Control Battery System-by Lixin Factory

1. System Overview

(1)3 models : The LX-CB24 series consists of 3 models of Addressable central battery systems for emergency illumination, Emgergency light and Exit Sign.

(2)4 to 8 zones: Depending on the model, they contain 4 to 8 illumination circuits (zones).

(3)20 addressed luminaries: Each illumination circuit (zone) can support up to 20 points (addressed luminaries) that can be programmed individually to operate in maintained or non-maintained mode.

(4)provides information: Each point provides information about its lamp and connection status to the panel.

(5)internal power:24VDC: A 24VDC voltage is provided by internal power supply unit to the illumination circuits, when the mains power is active.

(6)Battery power:24VDC:In case of mains power interruption, the system is provided with 24VDC from the batteries.

2.Certificate:UL 924

They are produced in accordance with the current North American norms UL924. The entire CBS system has passed the current North American norms test and obtained the UL 924 certificate.

3.Advantage

The system incorporates own batteries whose capacity depends on the rated load and required duration of emergency lighting.

The system is especially useful within a single fire zone.

The use of a low power supply voltage does not only enhance the fire safety of the system, but also enables the use of smaller-sized batteries and consequently the cabinet is also smaller.

A more compact size of the cabinet can be located in places where bulky central battery systems cannot be fitted.

4.Function:connect lamps

The name of the equipment is “Central Battery System“, the function is to connect lamps, provide power for each equipment, read the working state of each equipment, issue relevant configuration and operation instructions to each equipment, and provide human-computer interaction.

5.Application demonstration and explanation

The installation and connection methods should be chosen according to the size of the different scenes.

(1)Small systems, such as small residential areas, can use a single CBS.

(2)Large systems, such as large supermarkets and shopping malls, covering larger areas, are best to use multiple CBS, and different system luminaires are cross-arranged to guarantee the reliability of the system.
